commission process

• you can reach me through my official social media accounts, or via e-mail
• discussion about the rates and details of the commission piece
• after agreement, 50% upfront payment is required
• provide complete instruction and detail specification of your desired design, this includes reference
• along the way, you will be provided with a maximum of 3 sketch variation, showing poses, design, etc.
• major changes after the sketch phase will be no longer entertained, i.e. complete changes in pose, character design, etc.
• Maximum of 3 minor revisions, any changes beyond that will cost additional $5 each

payment

• International: Paypal
• Local (Philippines): G-cash / Bank Transfer
• 50% upfront payment
• 50% remaining for full payment, shall be sent prior to file turnover

turnaround time

• completion depends on the complexity of the piece
• 1 to 2 weeks for the heavily detailed ones
• please be reminded that there are other commissions being entertained at the same time, hence the timeframe mentioned above

output

• file-turnover will be done through e-mail, to ensure the highest quality of the image
• files will be sent after settling the remaining 50% of the full payment
• You will receive the following formats: PNG, JPG, all in 300px resolution
• PSD File can only be given upon request, for an additional $50

rights

• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
• I have all the rights to post it on my social media platforms or use it as part my portfolio
• however, if you wish for it not to be posted, please do notify me beforehand
• all indicated rates/prices are for non-commercial use only
• artworks are for personal use only, and should not be used for anything profitable
• I have the right to decline a commission
